Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% GST and exclude shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

For orders over $100.00 shipping is free. EXCLUDING ITEMS LISTED AS BULKY ITEMS.

 

Orders placed will be processed and shipped within two business days.

We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible. To reduce waste, we reuse boxes and packing as much as possible. Our boxes aren't always the nicest, but we guarantee that the product inside is carefully cared for.
Parcels are sent via Australia Post or a courier, and you will be emailed a tracking number at the time of shipment.

 

If you require something urgently, please send us an email and we will do all we can to help.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.

International Shipping

Rates calculated at checkout based on Country and weight. Please note you may need to pay taxes in some Countries, this is not our responsibility. Please send us an email with your country and what you wish to order and we can arrange a price for postage if one is not listed. 

Please note Mama & Tochter are not held responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries from Australia Post.

 



Pre-orders

If you order another in-stock item your entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order pieces arrive. Some exclusions apply.

Once your order has been confirmed, your order is then successful in our system, and cannot be shipped or combined with any other orders. We are also unable to adjust or add items to an order once it has successfully processed.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We check all items before being sent, but if an item is faulty, they must be sent back in the exact same way as you received them with all tags attached and unused. 

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.  Returns and exchanges are not available on sale items. Please ensure you choose the correct variations as this can not be changed.

If items are returned without the original packaging or damaged we reserve the right to refuse the full refund. 

We recommend you using a registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
